If you choose in-office whitening, the bleaching product is applied directly to your teeth. Results can be seen in just one, 30- to 60-minute bleaching treatment. However, keep in mind that you may need to undergo more than one whitening treatment to reach your desired results.
What if I choose take-home teeth whitening?
If you choose to whiten your teeth in the comfort of your home, our dentist will take an impression of your teeth so that a custom mouthguard can be made. The tray is worn with the provided whitening product as directed by Dr. Woody. Typically, the whitening tray is worn for several hours a day or during the night for up to four weeks. Treatment time varies depending on the level of staining and your whitening goals.
